Start by selecting your vase or candelabra stand, then add centerpiece treatments that compliment your wedding colors and create a centerpiece that is uniquely yours.
A centerpiece treatment is the adornment that's added to the container. Fresh flowers, ribbon, votive candles, feathers, jewels, mirrors, greenery, table runners and flower petals are treatments that can be used in any combination and are priced separately.
Use our complete service package and you won't have to worry about setting out and taking down centerpieces the day of your reception. Dealing with centerpieces is a more time consuming job than most people anticipate and can distract you from important social time.
Centerpiece Designing Tips
It's important to make sure your centerpieces match your overall theme. For example, if you are considering a Shabby Chic theme, use pastel pink, light beige, egg shell blues and other romantic combinations.
Place two or three designs throughout your reception tables for a visually dynamic space that’s still consistent. This will create lots of visual texture throughout the room. Using one centerpiece style for each table may be consistent, but it's not as exciting.
Make sure your guests will be able to see each other no matter where they’re seated at the table. Use either low centerpieces or tall tapers, candelabras or topiaries.
The vessels are as important as the blooms that fill them. If you’re having a vintage wedding, go for antiqued decor. If your having a beach or outdoor wedding, keep your centerpieces light and airy.
It's inevitable that guests will bump into reception tables after the party gets rolling, so make sure your centerpieces are sturdy, especially if they're taller.

We can staff your event, even if we don't bring the food. We will bring everything needed to serve your guests and enough staff to provide great service. We will coordinate equipment needs with your local restaurant and transfer food to the appropriate trays or chafers. Our staff will set up before the event including the serving, replenishing and clean up after the event. Lastly, we'll take all of our rentals with us at the conclusion of your event.
