Cake & Punch Reception - Catering Package

This Package includes:

Menu

• Wedding cake allowance certificate – choose your cake from 3 styles from our selected bakery.
• Grooms cake allowance OR
  A cascading chocolate fountain is presented instead of a grooms cake. Your guests will love you for it! Real Belgian chocolate cascading from our fountain: Mixers such as  strawberries, pineapple, miniature cream puffs, rolled cookies, bananas, marshmallows and pretzels are available for an additional charge – Prices range from 1.95 per person  - 2.95 per person.
• Punch or iced tea served in our storage jars.
• Your choice of decaf or regular coffee served with all condiments.
• Disposable plating with plates, utensils and napkins.
• Drapes and skirts for three service tables.
• Service to set-up, maintain up to a 2.5 hour event, then clean-up.
• Server will cut and serve wedding cake.

Pricing

• A 19% service charge pays for servers, insurance & transportation costs. The basic service charge applies to indoor events on the same floor.
• 22 mile service radius. Service charge is adjusted for areas outside service radius.
• Packages do not include any charges that a facility may add.
• Outdoor events are individually priced for each reception site and is based on logistics.
• Events with stairs, elevators, escalators and long distances from a loading dock are individually priced.
• Sales tax is added each invoice.
