THE MENU

What is the average menu price range?
Our menus are included in our package pricing. The menus will not reflect a price, because they are included within our package price. Our packages can include the wait staff, bartenders, setup fees, linens, etc. We can customize a package for you and list everything out separately if you prefer, but our package prices offer the most economical selections.

Is an hors d'oeuvre reception a less expensive alternative to a full meal?

If the reception is early to mid afternoon, then a light hors d'oeuvre buffet might work for you. The closer the reception time is to the dinner hour, the heavier the hors d'oeuvre service should be because your guests will be expecting a more substantial meal. An hors d'oeuvre buffet that is offered close to a mealtime will require more food and ultimately be more expensive than a buffet meal. Stations, such as carving stations, fruit and cheese cascades, martini mashed potato bars, etc. can be as filling as a meal. Depending upon how many stations you choose to host, stations can be less expensive than a full buffet meal and less expensive than lots of heavy hors d’oeuvres. Seated or plated meals are the most expensive option because they require so much additional labor.

Can I see or taste the foods I am thinking about?
We hold tastings on a quarterly basis. Group tastings allow us to serve a large variety of hors d'oeuvres, main entrees and chef manned stations to our invited guests. Group tastings give our attendees the advantage of being able to view our buffets, taste our food and meet our staff in a relaxed setting. Group tastings are offered free for up to two guests and up to four guests if you are booked with us. Private tastings can be arranged for a fee of 75.00. At a private tasting you can try up to five items and have up to four guests. If you then book, half of the tasting fee will be credited to your account.

RENTALS

Do I need to contact a rental company for tables, chairs, linens, plates and silverware?
NO.  We own a wedding rental company and offer a great selection of everything you need to host a great party. We can help you determine what is needed, when to have it delivered and where to have everything set up. Having our own party rentals gives us the best control of how to best set up your party in a timely and organized way. Additionally, costs and stress are also lowered.

STAFFING

Who will help me plan the event and oversee my party on the day of the event?
You may or may not choose to have a professional event coordinator. We do have professional event coordinators that will work directly with you on the day of your event. An event coordinator will be on site to insure every detail of your event runs smoothly. Our event coordinators will work towards your timeline of events.
