1 c. minced shallots
2 tbsp. onion powder
½ c. teriyaki sauce
2 tsp. minced garlic
½ tsp. salt
½ tsp. pepper

In bowl, mix all ingredients thoroughly with spatula. Cover & refrigerate. Chill at least 1 hour before serving with chips or raw vegetables. You can make Bunny Dip 48 hours in advance of your party.
Low fat version - substitute fat-free mayonnaise.
Bunny Bread Directions
I used a large round French Bread to make our bunny, but you can also use Pumpernickel or Italian bread. You will also need a long thin baguette bread cut in half for the "ears".
Take the round loaf of bread and rip out the top and center of the bread to form a large bread bowl. Make sure to leave at least a ½ inch thick wall on the sides and bottom of the bread bowl.
Center the round loaf on a tray then use the two pieces of your baguette bread for the "ears".
Use a radish or sliced olive for the eyes and fresh chives or dried spaghetti for the whiskers. We used a yellow bell pepper (cut into a small triangle) for the nose and a longer red bell pepper for the mouth.
Just before serving, add your dip to the center of the bread bowl and arrange the vegetables around for dipping. The presentation is as cute as it is delicious!
